been spliting it in half 2x a day now for 5 days shold i go in .25's or is 2halfs ok ? ??

halfs are fine. if you take it to late in the day it can keep you up at night. atleast it does me that way

I always took it half in AM. Half in PM. Seemed to work fine for me that way. Not the biggest fan of a-bombs myself. I just never seemed to get the amazing gains off them that everyone else raved about. I always liked Dbol better. But everyone responds differently
