how much eq do you run a week...lookin to cut...and lean out..will b running 500 mg of test 10 weeks......and also have winstrol on hand...but wasn sure if the 2 were to b ran together or if 1or the other was not needed....not new to juice but i alot of power and size trainin....lookin to do a lil somethin diff this summer......got my diet on track....and my cardio program

I got a sample of four different tests.

1 sus by dragon pharma
2 testosterone enanthate by balkan
3 testoxyl cypionate by kalpa pharmaceuticals
4 sp enanthate by sp labs?

the testex is cyp, right?

and the testosterona and primotesten are enanthate right?

The balkan amp had a label attached instead of writing printed on the amp, so I'm assuming it's counterfit or repackaged.

Anyways, which of these would be the best for a test only cycle. Keep in mind that the sus is one and a half times more expensive than the others.

  Chalk, Gloves, Or Nothing?

hey fellas i jus spent the afternoon cruising around looking for weight lifting chalk (magnesium carbonate), since doing deads with either gloves or nothing at all (sweat lol) just isnt possible for me...my fingers open up faster than pacesetter with 2 beers in him Wink

what do you guys use? i used gloves for years but using that chalky stuff gives me some great callouses Big Grin so im switching to that...

i tried putting it in a squeeze bottle so it doesnt go everywhere (its powdered) so ill see how it all goes...its great stuff - at random times through the day i just spray some water under my arms and put some chalk on my hands and i look haaaaaaaaardcore :p

I would love some help on this one.

Just started a new course around five weeks ago, found that im putting on alot of size and fat and would like some help with the fat side of things.

before cycle, weighed at 96kgs
Started taking 5 Dbol a day, for 5 weeks. 250mg sustanon week, 250mg Ethanate week for ten weeks.
Currently weighing in at 108kg, alot of water rentention aswell, and ive noticed that if I dont keep drinking water I get dehydrated very fast.

Breakfast - weeties or flakes with 50gram protein shake
Mid morning - 30gm protein and 45gm carbs
Lunch - Subway - 50gm protein and not sure on carbs
mid lunch - 30gm protein and 45gm carbs
dinner - 50gm protein (fish, steak or chicken) and potatoes.
Before sleeping - 50gm protein and 45gm carbs

Where have I gone wrong?? I used to walk every second day for an hour but found that with the heavy training ive become quite lazy in the morning.

Any help would be cool...

  Correct hand position for pull ups? Short arms

Hey, Iv got really short arms than anyone i ever met so whats the best hand position for pull ups. Im average height but got stumps for arms.

obivously too narrow or too wide is not good but my spacing should be different than you I guess.

What sort of angle should the forearm or whatever be at the top of movement and do you stop when eyes or chin are above the bar?

I really struggle to get chin but I think its just my mobility Im strong at everything else, and can do all the chin up in the world put pull ups are different.
