box squats with extra chocked green bands off a parallel box: worked up to a easy single with 295+bands, it wa slow at the bottom but the bar popped off my back at the top.

Benchpress: 10 to 15+ sets of 2 with 225, I forgot the exact number

bent over later raises/rotator work/seated low rows/hypers



*goal for next week* hit 295+bands off a two inch below parallel box, or go for 315+bands off the parallel box.

*long term goal* is to break 405+bands off parallel box.
