i used to love isopure. then i switched to optimum nutrition cause i couldnt afford the isopure. i saw no difference between the two. currently im on N-large2 w/ 3 tabs of r-ala before the shake and im growing alot better then in the past. the carbs in the n-large produce an insulin spike that makes you build muscle and the r-ala makes it so the carbs dont turn to fat. or something like that. whatever it does it works!
