reading raver's article, it doesnt seem like he advocates tapering dosages down of t3. I agree with him on the long-term use. I used it for 4 months straight with no problems in recovery. I probably could have gone longer too.
I dont know if I could do it without tapering, in the manner described in the link above. Too scared of going from high thyroid dose to absolutely nothing.
