It's not your age, its the added weight you've worked so hard to add....ironic but true. The ceasation of breathing is a sighn of sleep apnea, like will said...do the clinic over night thing and get tested.
Zay- cpaps are VERY quiet you won't even notice....it's not like its gas driven and it is a peice of equiptment for sleep aid.
You'll be happy to get it as some modles have added moisture to the throat to easy the snoring.....they are quite expensive though.

sleep apnea as stated is not only inconvenient and tiring - but very dangerous too.

I am looking on the net for some now but what model is a good model? There seems to be a few different kinds.
