Guys just read a thread on the main board about a guy taking 4000iu vitamin e a day to reduce puffy nips...which for him has worked..any opinions or experiences on this??

Real1ty...yeah Im also interested..I mean nolva or arimi's should never be substituted and always be on hand but a natural remedy is always a good one.

I would just take vit E as an anti-oxidant and leave the anti-estrogen to the common axilliary
