Greetings to all,

I want to introduce myself. Nmae is Chris and live out in New JErsey. I just joined this board and love it, great info and great people seem to be here...

been reading and learning alot. Back about 2+ years ago I did a sust 250 cycle for 8 weeks. gained about 12 pounds.

I am ready to do a more serious cycle.. I am torn between amount of sust to do...

Goin def. w/ 400mgs a week deca Organon yellow cap(holland)

and most likely 250 mgs sust a week. Going to run both for 10 solid weeks. No taper. Have clomid for end and have nolv if needed.

My question is this: should I up dose to 500 mgs of sust? I am a bit scared of side effects running 900mgs of juice a week thats why I am leaning towards sust at 250. BUT.. I have also read that it is not a good idea to run deca higher then test for fear of deca dick. Plus I hear that the diference isn't that great from 250 to 500.

SO... I kind of came up w/ a happy medium.... maybe run the sust at 250 every 4 days... Which would be a bit more than 250 a week and a bit less then 500 a week.

What do you guys think???? I know alot of you are pros out there and I honor your opinions.

Let me give you my stats i'M 28 weigh about 170 about 13% body fat. Looking to put on some solid mass for now. I know everyone will suggest the good ol D-bols in teh beginning but I thik I'm gonna hold off till another future cycle. Don't think I nee the d-bol for now.

SO my maine question is this sust at 250 or sust at 500. Keep in mind I haven't had juice running through my veins or muscles for about 2 years.

When I first took clen it worked great burned alot of fat. A few months after I took it again and it wasnt as good. Few more months I took it and it did me no good. Now it has been 4 or 5 years since I have taken it should it work good for me again?
If my body hasnt been exposed to it in such a long time should i not see some good results from it again?

EDIT: sorry if i confused you im not taking it now, and it has been 5 years since I last took it. Was just wondering if the tolerence is gone after a few years of not taking it. In other words will it work for me now like it did the first time since i havent been on it in years.

I've been mixing 8 oz of grape juice with 1 scoop whey protien powder, and usualy drink this right after my workout. I do this because I remember a while back when Creatiean first came out, it was said to mix it with somthing high on the glycimic index, and I belive that grape juice was right there at the top. Does this make since to you guys? What sort of post workout meal do you guys use?

i'm obviously new to the board and have been contemplating on whether or not to use A.S. i have searched the board a bit, but must admit that i'm clueless when it comes to steroids. i just "ran into" this site and it's crossed my mind to use a.s. i'm not overweight, but i would like to be leaner(keep in mind, i want to look NOTHING like a female b.b.) it just seems like it is taking too long to get any results. i just do aerobics and light freehand weights. my legs are my biggest complaint. any suggestions?
also, am not into the idea of using a bunch of different things in my body and i would like to still look like a woman at the end of a cycle.
5'5 115 lbs. small frame 21y.o.

McD's has those 3 new salads. The one is the California Cobb, has blue cheese crumbles, bacon, a grilled chicken breast and a packet of dressing Total of 400calories including dressing. I have one of these about every other day. Anyone else tried em?

Also BK has a sante fe chicken baguette, 350 cal, 5g fat. Tried that one and it's not bad either.

Looks like the FF companies are getting the hint

Can anyone tell me why , even after cooking out the ba , my homemade Test enth hurts like a bitch?
I inject slow, warm the oil massage after blah , blah , blah , but still it`s worse than any shit i`ve had before , including ** prop/susp.

box squats with extra chocked green bands off a parallel box: worked up to a easy single with 295+bands, it wa slow at the bottom but the bar popped off my back at the top.

Benchpress: 10 to 15+ sets of 2 with 225, I forgot the exact number

bent over later raises/rotator work/seated low rows/hypers



*goal for next week* hit 295+bands off a two inch below parallel box, or go for 315+bands off the parallel box.

*long term goal* is to break 405+bands off parallel box.

Hi guys and girls
some of u rember the thread i posted a while back about my cyle but didnt start it coz i was kinda sick and want to make sure im 100% before i start Smile

am going to start next monday my cycle looks somthing like this :



1-6:
800mg Testosterone Propionate , 600mg Nandrolone Phenylpropionate

week 7-8:
500mg Test Prop + 50mg winny ed

i also got some :
1-EQ should i use the eq at the beging of the cycle ? and keep the Nandrolone for the end ?

2-clen going to start 2 weeks on then 2 days on 2 days off from the beging of the cycel .

the reson am using the clen is to lower my bf%

wat you guys think ? i appreciate any help Smile
